IRELAND / UK – Dublin-based freight forwarder Irish Global Logistics (IGL) has signed deals with S & J European Haulage and Keith Perry International Transport to form a new Ireland –UK distribution service that covers both countries.

Robert Dickinson, Director of Irish Global, said of the agreement: "These deals are designed to speed up the transit time of palletised freight between Ireland and the UK. With competition fierce in the groupage market it was important for us to align ourselves with very high quality, experienced operators that wouldn't let us down. S & J European and Keith Perry International have a long track record or very high performance and excellent customer care and we will be proud to represent their organisations in the Republic of Ireland."

Trailers will depart every night from IGL’s Dublin centre and make delivery to S & J European’s Melton Mowbray and Keith Perry’s Colnbrook depots before start of business. From there pallets and cargos will be able to ride those companies own networks to destinations all across the UK.
