Tip of the week
Think about what you read in the papers
Remember most of the world's press is in the business of making money. One rarely see's a truly accurate picture with no bias. A good example are the figures released this week (August 2009) about swine flu - that big scary pandemic.
Globally less than 1800 people have died from the disease this year.
Last year deaths from Malaria exceeded 880,000.
That means about 500 times more people died from one than the other.
How many times have you read a headline on swine flu this year?
